Our health and wellness is very important. God’s perfect plan for us was divine health, and when we take care of our bodies and steward our health well, we are showing God that we appreciate His creation. We are also showing Him (or anyone) that we love ourselves.
Get Your Family Moving
As a wife, mom of nine, and a minister, I am certainly taking my health seriously! If the Lord is willing, I would love to be here for to watch all of my beautiful babies grow up and start their own adult lives. College, weddings, ministry, purpose…I would love to see them reach it all in this lifetime! This is why I lost almost 40 lbs. Around early 2020, I went from 183 lbs to now 145 lbs. I feel great, too! I am eating well and putting effort into finding time for exercise. We even work out together as a family.
It’s fun, it’s exciting, and it’s healthy! 😇
Consequently, it is teaching our children the importance of taking care of themselves. I do not want them to be a part of this lazy computer and phone generation. Yes, be technologically sound, but GET MOVING also! They will be saved, active, fit, AND intelligent.

Just figure out what works for your family, whether it’s walking together for 20 minutes every morning, trying and cooking new healthy recipes together, or turning the den into a home gym. Whatever it is, get your family together and get moving. Furthermore, most importantly, do not forget the spiritual aspect of things.
